About The Position

The team at Metcalfe Street Dental located in downtown Ottawa are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis. The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. Requirements

3+ year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

Completion of a Dental program an asset (Admin, Assisting, Hygiene)
Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset
