Administrator on Duty - Overnight
About The Position
The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking an Administrator on Duty for their new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth. This role is part of the management team overseeing the program and contributing to the mission of nurturing hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of opening a new facility and setting a new standard for residential care. The Idaho Youth Ranch is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit and a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age
- Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of required notifications and procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency or unusual situation

- Knowledge of ID and DHW safety and security regarding PRTF operations
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall safety, security and effective functioning of the campus on their assigned shift.
- Serves as the primary contact with program management and leadership in non-routine or emergency situations and will direct staff and facility resources accordingly.
- Reviews scheduled staffing for assigned shifts, and monitors to ensure presence at posts, adherence to schedules and breaks.
- Ensures appropriate reports are completed by all involved staff members for any incidents.
- Reviews reports and ensures appropriate actions have been taken and identify remedial actions.
