About The Position

The Associate Hospital Administrator is a key member of the leadership team. When the CEO is unavailable will serve as the primary point of contact and be accountable for clinic operations. Responsible for attainment of goals, setting objectives, assuring plans and policies for hospital are ensuring implantation. Directs the assigned departments and participates in the general management of the hospital in close support of the CEO in order that the hospital achieves its operating and clinical objectives in accordance with sound general management principles, regulatory and accreditation standards, and the UHS mission. Functions as the PI and Compliance Officer of the organization, participate in senior management and Governing Board meetings and activities. When Patient Advocate is unavailable, facilitates resolution of complaints or grievances/requests by patients and visitors in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. In conjunction with the CEO, will be instrumental in shaping the organization’s long-term direction for seeking and identifying innovative opportunities and solutions to meet the needs of our patients. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion, and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of clinical treatment programs. Requirements

  • Master's Degree
  • 5-8 years of experience
