About The Position

Reports to the President and acts as a collaborative member of the home health and hospice team to provide continuity of and quality patient care. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of home health and hospice, including effective management of clinical systems, human resources, financial matters, and the work environment. Promotes collaborative practice with other departments, providers, and clinics, and works with others to find solutions to difficult human, technical, or administrative problems.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or business management, or more than 15 years of leadership or management experience.
• State of Tennessee or multistate Registered Nurse licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to frequent and rapid changes in tasks.
• Ability to use a computer terminal, fax machine, multiline telephone, and copy machine.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree.
• Three years of management experience; comparable education and experience may be considered.
