About The Position
Provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the nursing facility to ensure compliance with established objectives and the delivery of quality, economical health care services and other related lines of business. The role is based at Lincoln Nursing Home.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health or business management, or 15+ years of leadership/management experience.
- State of Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize, and change tasks frequently and quickly.
- Ability to use a computer terminal, fax machine, multi-line telephone, and copy machine.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree.
- Three years of management experience; comparable education and experience may be considered.
