About The Position
Provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the nursing facility to ensure compliance with established objectives and realization of quality, economical health care services, and other related lines of business.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in health or business management, or more than 15 years of leadership or management experience.
- State of Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize and change tasks frequently and quickly.
- Ability to use a computer terminal, fax machine, multi-line telephone, and copy machine.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree.
- Three years of management experience; comparable education and experience may also be considered.
