About The Position
TFF is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Billing & Rating Administrator. The candidate assists with daily deliveries of goods and creates various billing reports.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S
- Employer will not sponsor visas for position
- Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
- Previous data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
Responsibilities
- Oversees intercompany delivery of goods for employees to do their respective jobs.
- Enters data and retrieves information from various sources for billing reports and mailroom tracking.
- Conducts research and analysis, and solves customer related problems.
- Responds to internal customer inquiries as needed.
- Performs various administrative tasks.
