This position is full-time in an office setting and serves as the Navigator at reception, assisting customers with inquiries, answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information in the computer, and uploading documents in a timely and accurate manner. The role requires the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy, serve as the EBT clerk, make appropriate program referrals to community resources, and provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and promptly. The position also involves participating in individual and staff conferences, attending all mandatory trainings, writing, presenting, and interpreting information clearly and concisely, and maintaining compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards. Backup duties may also be required.
