CTG is seeking to fill an Administrative & Technical Support Specialist (Finance) position for our client. This role provides advanced administrative and technical support to Finance leadership, managing highly confidential and complex assignments with minimal supervision. The specialist will serve as the primary administrative resource for Finance management, anticipating operational needs, prioritizing assignments, and resolving issues independently. Key responsibilities include preparing executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, coordinating departmental meetings, and tracking action items. The role also involves monitoring corrective action reports, maintaining departmental dashboards and performance metrics, assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting, and administering procurement requests and contract documentation. Additionally, the specialist will manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting, oversee employee training schedules and compliance tracking, and support onboarding activities. Maintaining department records and confidential documentation, assisting with contract administration, and partnering with Finance leadership to improve administrative processes are also crucial. Support for emergency response organization assignments and departmental readiness may be required.
