About The Position

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist in Midland, Texas. An Administrative Support Specialist supports customers by handling billing and invoicing, processing orders, receiving products and maintaining accurate data entry. Requirements

  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Knowledge of techniques and processes for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data; ability to discover useful information, draw logical conclusions, and support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and in person, delivering clear, professional, and timely support.
  • Process billing and invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enter and maintain customer and transaction data in company systems.
  • Communicate with vendors to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and directing calls as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
