About The Position

RichSmith Management is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join their Corporate Office in North Little Rock. This position provides critical administrative support to executive leadership while assisting with company reporting, compliance, investor relations, and property management operations. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or general office experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with RealPage/OneSite preferred
  • Experience working with multi-line phone systems
  • Comfortable creating reports, spreadsheets, and databases

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and distribute executive, investor, and intercompany reports
  • Assist with quarterly reporting, company metrics, and operational dashboards
  • Create and maintain company-wide databases, spreadsheets, and tracking reports
  • Assist with Fair Housing responses and legal documentation
  • Support annual reporting requirements and various corporate reports
  • Coordinate lender and syndicator inspections and ensure requested documentation is complete
  • Assist executive leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives
  • Monitor company email accounts and respond or route inquiries appropriately
  • Ensure monthly Purchase Card logs are completed
  • Print and process move-out financial documentation
  • Maintain company tracking worksheets and reporting tools
  • Provide front desk coverage and administrative support as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
