CACI is seeking an Administrative Support Member that will provide integration support in the daily filing of all Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Program documentation. This role involves tracking and filing various documents related to the pre/post installation of the Key Management Infrastructure, finding and verifying Point of Contact information, interacting with team members to confirm prerequisite actions, creating email communications with required KMI documents, and managing document filing in SharePoint. The position also requires tracking scheduling, verifying readiness requirements, identifying missing documents, creating various documents using MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, developing process flow charts in Visio, and maintaining tracking documents. The Administrative Support Member will also assist in creating and downloading document sets from SharePoint, maintaining proper filing, and must be flexible to assist with other program tasks, balance competing priorities, react to emergent tasks, and work productively with remote team members. Developing weekly activity reports is also a key responsibility.
