CACI is seeking an Administrative Support Member that will provide integration support in the daily filing of all Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Program documentation. This role involves tracking and filing various documents related to the pre/post installation of the Key Management Infrastructure, finding and verifying Point of Contact information, interacting with team members to confirm prerequisite actions, creating email communications with required KMI documents, and tracking/filing documents in SharePoint. The position also requires tracking scheduling, verifying account readiness, identifying missing documents, creating documents in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, creating process flow charts in Visio, verifying document completion, and maintaining tracking documents. Additionally, the role involves assisting in creating and uploading document sets to SharePoint, downloading and updating document sets from SharePoint, and maintaining proper filing of SharePoint document folders. The Administrative Support Member must be flexible to assist with other program tasks, balance competing priorities, react to emergent tasking, work productively with remote colleagues via email, and develop weekly activity reports.
