Requirements

  • Graduation from High School supplemented by a related post-secondary diploma.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
  • Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service for the Property Assessment Services Office.
  • Providing administrative support related to assessment functions.
  • Responding to requests and inquiries received from the public as well as from other SNB employees and business partners.
  • Processing Residential Tax Credit applications, FLIP applications, mobile home registrations and other applications and documents associated with the assessment functions.
  • Updating information system and files related to assessment activities including the on-line manual.
  • Processing, preparing and maintaining documents related to requests for reviews and appeals.
  • Managing records in accordance with records retention requirements.
  • Producing weekly, monthly and annual reports related to the assessment function.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks such as mail delivery, translation requests.
