Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry or administration are a plus.
  • 0-5 years' experience in related administrative responsibilities or activities.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening including marijuana.
  • Ability to pass background checks for federal and client installation access as necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data management software; familiarity with EESOH-MIS is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid Driver’s license with ability to safely drive and transport company property and personnel as needed.
  • Able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to work in-person at a designated location.
  • Data entry: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and Security Management Program requirements as the highest priority while consistently performing work in a safe and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously, providing excellent customer service and responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within Environmental Safety and Occupational Health – Management Information System (EESOH-MIS), Air Force databases, and company systems.
  • Create, manage, track, and update work orders for field technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, field technicians, and management to support operational effectiveness.
  • Organize and maintain administrative records, files, correspondence, and other documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Support facility compliance efforts by accurately documenting hazardous waste handling activities, inspections, incident reports, and other environmental records.
  • Collaborate with team members to compile and analyze data, prepare reports, and assist with training materials and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform duties onsite at a military installation while adhering to all applicable security and access requirements.
  • Pick up, organize, distribute, and deliver supplies, materials, and documentation as required.
  • Support daily office operations, including office cleaning, general housekeeping, and administrative functions.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Operate a variety of office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, telephones, and related software applications.
  • Foster a positive work environment by acting respectfully, working effectively as a team member, and serving as a professional representative of the company and its clients at all times.
