About The Position

The Administrative Support Representative provides administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient daily operations. This position serves as a primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, assists customers and employees with inquiries, performs data entry, maintains records, and supports various departments with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and committed to providing excellent service while supporting the company's mission and values.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with general questions and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases and systems.
  • Prepare, organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper documents.
  • Assist with submitting purchase orders for weekly recorders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Track outstanding reorders and follow up with vendors.
  • Develop and refine product copy for inventory items listed on the company website.
  • Sort and submit manufacturer and store made coupons to the appropriate party for reimbursement.
  • Support various departments with administrative projects and tasks assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support special projects and company initiatives as assigned.
  • Help maintain an organized and professional office environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
