About The Position

The OSP Administrator helps answers telephones, directs incoming calls and greets visitors in a professional, friendly manner to promote the best possible Company image. This role supports outside plant management while growing the travel self-perform team and Google project. The position requires excellent customer presentation and service skills, the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the ability to complete other duties as assigned. The role also includes adherence to and promotion of safety regulations and programs.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year of related experience and/or equivalent training and education
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

Answers phone calls and redirects calls
Greets visitors and answers inquiries
Coordinate travel for the self-perform team as well as any maintenance projects
Supports outside plant management while growing the travel self-perform team and google project
Performs a variety of clerical duties (reports, presentations, etc)
Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to: Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, KGPCo Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual
Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis
