This is a full-time position available on or after October 1, 2026, for the Art Department. The responsibilities are carried out under general supervision. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating the clerical and administrative support functions of the College of the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and performing a variety of administrative support duties of a moderate-to-complex operational and procedural nature. Responsibilities include coordinating office workflow and logistical support, maintaining office procedures, tracking and compiling budgetary and operational information, preparing reports and correspondence, interpreting and applying established policies and procedures, and serving as a primary administrative contact for the unit. The position exercises independent judgment in prioritizing work assignments, resolving routine operational issues, and supporting the efficient and effective operation of the office.
