About The Position

The Administrative Supervisor provides on-site leadership, resources, and direction to hospital employees and leaders. The role liaises with the Administrator On Call (AOC) to manage planned or unexpected organization-wide events and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values in meeting operational goals. Flexibility of hours is required. This is a per diem, part-time registered nurse position with 12-hour night shifts in the Resource Center at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, California.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; RNs hired before October 1, 2019, are exempt from the BSN requirement if transferring within the department.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Provider certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Excellent critical reasoning, time management, delegation, verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Flexibility of hours.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least 2 years of management experience preferred; clinical experience in a lead position is acceptable in lieu of management experience.
