About The Position

The Administrative Supervisor provides on-site leadership, resources, and direction to hospital employees and leaders. The role liaises with the Administrator On Call (AOC) to manage organization-wide planned or unexpected events and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values while meeting operational goals. This position requires flexibility of hours.

The role is part time, with 12-hour night shifts, and is based at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, California. The estimated base rate is $58.93–$89.87 per hour. Additional compensation may be available through differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonuses. The stated estimated blended hourly rate for a 12-hour shift is $68.75–$104.85, reflecting the described overtime and double-time premiums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. RNs hired before October 1, 2019, transferring within the department, are exempt from the BSN requirement.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Excellent critical reasoning, time management, delegation, verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate-to-advanced MS Office computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of management experience preferred; clinical experience in a lead position is acceptable in lieu of management experience.
