About The Position

This position is classified as essential continuous operations. The work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm, some holidays included if they fall on your scheduled work week. State of Wisconsin TIME system certification preferred. This second-shift position is eligible for a shift premium of $1.50 per hour.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years post high school work experience providing administrative support.
  • One year of recognized post high school training in business, administrative professional, or closely related field may substitute for one year of the work experience requirement.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • State of Wisconsin TIME system certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • entry, cancellation, and validation of warrants, missing persons, stolen vehicles, stolen property and other time sensitive entries
  • answering phones
  • taking bail
  • assisting other agencies, other county departments, and the public with various questions and tasks
  • recording attendance rosters and squad checks
  • other duties as assigned or needed
