About The Position

This is a temporary position with NC DHHS - Division of Child and Family Well-Being (DCFW), Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSA), located at 1065 Vinehaven Drive NE, Concord NC, Cabarrus County. The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our daily workflow and overall office productivity. The support provided by this position is essential, especially for our direct service staff, primarily service coordinators whose caseloads continue to grow due to increased referrals and enrollments. These rising demands require extensive general office support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to utilize office equipment and other relevant technology (software and systems) to meet organizational needs

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties such as faxing, filling, copying
• Assist with the finalization of evaluation reports for stakeholders such as the child's physician and providers
• Travel to satellite locations to assist staff where there is no daily support
• Assist in coordination of Management's ongoing activities and special projects around staff training and public awareness
• Assist with BEES related tasks, including uploading and integrating pertinent files for existing clients
• Other tasks as directed
