About The Position

This is a temporary position located at 3200 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh - Wake County, with the Treasurer’s Office. The position will confirm the accuracy of existing contact information for local government personnel and will gather new contact information, including email addresses, as needed. The work involves both internet research and telephone communications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and two years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clear, professional oral and written communication.
  • Ability to speak or email courteously, clearly, and efficiently with government staff.
  • Problem solving and information verification.
  • Skilled at confirming names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and other contact details with precision.
  • Proficient in entering verified information into spreadsheets, Word documents, or internal databases.
  • Ability to navigate phone trees, identify the correct department, and persist through bureaucratic hurdles.

Responsibilities
