The Staff Development Administrative Specialist I provides support services (which include computer, clerical, and overall office management) for the Staff Development Department. These activities require that the person spend sufficient time with the Staff Development Director and other Staff Development Instructors/Specialists to discuss training agendas and scheduling. This position enters training rosters in order to compile training statistics as required by the Department of Health and Human Services and to maintain training records for all employees, maintains databases for tracking training need, and creates reports upon request. This position manages Staff Development Director schedule as well office and clerical needs of the Staff Development Department, including printing/copying training materials.
