The New Jersey Judiciary is searching for a decisive, goal-oriented professional with a commitment to total quality management to join the Appellate Division's Final Disposition Unit. The selected individual will be responsible coordinating with judges, and team members to facilitate the filing and timely distribution of Appellate Division opinions in compliance with court rules and established policies. Responsibilities also include researching case records and reviewing party, motion, document, and overall case statuses to support the completion of opinions. Responds to correspondence, inquiries, and telephone calls regarding opinion-processing matters, and provides guidance on appellate practice and procedures to judges, court staff, attorneys, and self-represented litigants. Performs other related duties as required.
