Under general supervision, this position is responsible for professional staff work of routine through average difficulty. The selected candidate will handle front desk clerical duties including answering phones, greeting customers, and processing applications and verifications. This role involves significant data review and entry, and the candidate will be assigned special projects and tasks related to Family Assistance programs. Customer service is a top priority, and training will be conducted onsite with existing clerical teams, supplemented by required classroom and virtual training.
