Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Three to five years progressively responsible secretarial/administrative experience with independent project task management preferred
  • Experience must include independent use of personal computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet and database management skills (applications such as Excel, Access and Word)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
  • Must type 55 wpm
  • This position requires initiative and the ability to work independently on responsibilities, demonstrating organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility and adapting to an ever-changing environment essential

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with electronic medical records and QA process beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the LifeQuest directors, administrative assistant and staff.
  • Function as a co- receptionist.
  • Answer incoming calls, takes messages and distributes in a timely manner.
  • Provide general office support, including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, mail, and running errands.
  • Primary administrative support for the QA program.
