About The Position

This role is for an Administrative Representative, requiring experience in handling multiple phone lines, preferably in a call center environment. The position also involves working within a healthcare setting, utilizing specific computer programs, and understanding medical terminology. Familiarity with office equipment for copying, scanning, and faxing is necessary, along with knowledge of call queues, medical supplies, and pharmacy delivery scheduling.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience required
  • Experience with multiple phone lines (Call center experience highly important)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting utilizing computer programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Meditech, EPIC, and/or other healthcare related programs
  • Experience with medical terminology
  • Experience with multifunctional devices for copying, scanning, and faxing
  • Knowledge of call queue, medical supplies and pharmacy delivery scheduling
  • H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Retail pharmacy experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
  • Previous home health, home infusion pharmacy experience
  • Associate's Degree
