The Administrative Professional 4 is a critical role within the Commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the Executive Assistant to the Director, including scheduling board and external meetings, managing confidential matters, and providing administrative support to the Commission and staff. This role also involves overseeing, planning, and implementing the Minority Health Month Program, conferences, and workshops. Additionally, the position coordinates information for the Commission’s website, listserv, social media platforms, and newsletter, including updating content and running analytics. The Administrative Professional 4 will use and maintain the electronic grant management system for grantee files and tracking, and perform fiscal-related duties, including processing and maintaining documents related to external bid development, purchasing supplies, and overseeing equipment and asset management.
