As an Administrative Procurement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This role involves performing procurement and transactional activities, executing order management, supporting cross-functional operations, coordinating supplier and carrier interactions, preparing and analyzing data, and managing company-issued P-cards and onsite catering.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Five (5) years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support
  • Two (2) years of experience creating and managing purchase orders or similar transactional processes
  • Experience working with ERP, procurement, or logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, TMS/WMS)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of procurement, logistics, or supply chain experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Experience supporting transportation or distribution center operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers, carriers, or internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Performing procurement and transactional activities including creating, processing, and maintaining purchase orders for logistics-related services, supplies, and materials
  • Executing order management activities by monitoring order status, shipping schedules, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Supporting cross-functional operations by coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order, shipment, and supplier-related issues
  • Coordinating supplier and carrier interactions, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up to ensure alignment with service expectations and operational requirements
  • Preparing and analyzing procurement and logistics data, including tracking supplier performance, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage a company-issued P-card and coordinate onsite catering through local vendors, including scheduling, payment processing, and delivery coordination to ensure timely and seamless support for meetings and events.
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
