The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Administrative Procurement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Performing procurement and transactional activities including creating, processing, and maintaining purchase orders for logistics-related services, supplies, and materials Executing order management activities by monitoring order status, shipping schedules, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Supporting cross-functional operations by coordinating with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order, shipment, and supplier-related issues Coordinating supplier and carrier interactions, including scheduling, communication, and follow-up to ensure alignment with service expectations and operational requirements Preparing and analyzing procurement and logistics data, including tracking supplier performance, resolving discrepancies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Manage a company-issued P-card and coordinate onsite catering through local vendors, including scheduling, payment processing, and delivery coordination to ensure timely and seamless support for meetings and events. In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”) for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • five (5) years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support
  • Two (2) years of experience creating and managing purchase orders or similar transactional processes
  • Experience working with ERP, procurement, or logistics systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, TMS/WMS)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of procurement, logistics, or supply chain experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Experience supporting transportation or distribution center operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers, carriers, or internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
