The Tax Services Administrative Processor provides quality control support to the tax department. This professional will be responsible for assembling and processing deliverables. The Administrative Processor will interact with staff via telephone and instant messaging, therefore we require professionalism in communication. We are looking for someone who is a team player, organized, and has high attention to detail. This opportunity offers professional growth and a warm culture! Seasonal overtime will be required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 + years administrative experience
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Experience using Adobe and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Assembling and processing deliverables
  • Providing quality control support to the tax department
  • Interacting with staff via telephone and instant messaging
