Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience (accounting environment a plus)
  • Strong data entry and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Adobe and QuickBooks/Xero experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage client data with accuracy across multiple systems
  • Prepare, format, and finalize financial documents and client deliverables
  • Support tax processes, including e-filing and extensions
  • Scan, organize, and maintain client records
  • Assist with mailings, reports, and administrative projects
  • Provide team support during peak workload periods
