About The Position

At Goodwill of Central East Texas, we’re more than thrift stores. Every donated item helps fund local programs that empower people with disabilities and barriers to employment right here in Central East Texas. In fact, 87¢ of every dollar we earn goes directly back into our mission-driven programs. Now we need an Administrative Operations Coordinator who can help keep our teams organized, connected, and moving forward.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of admin, office coordination, or operations support experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams
  • Positive attitude + team-first mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Nonprofit, retail, or service industry experience
  • Spreadsheets make you happy

Responsibilities

  • Keep calendars, meetings, and schedules running like clockwork
  • Coordinate donation pickups and community inquiries
  • Help leadership stay organized and prepared
  • Track reports, metrics, trainings, and operational details
  • Support team events, meetings, and projects
  • Be the friendly face and voice of our administrative office
