The Administrative Operations Assistant (AOA) plays a key role in assisting the Disability Support Services (DSS) staff in accomplishing the Department's mission, ensuring equal access to all programs and services offered by the university to students with disabilities as they pursue their educational goals. The Administrative Operations Assistant will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking DSS services and information. The AOA will oversee the department's daily workflow, coordinate office activities and operations, and provide support to the staff.
