Requirements

• One year as an Administrative Officer 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Six years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement
• Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
• Pass a background investigation

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the grantee risk classification system to ensure accurate evaluation of agency risk
• Direct financial monitoring activities, and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and remedies for findings
• Develop and oversee controls that address fraud, waste, and abuse in grant funded activities
• Work with external auditors to support testing of grant expenditures, and review submitted audit reports
• Create financial training for staff and subrecipients for virtual and in-person learning needs
• Develop and maintain financial policies, documentation, and manuals to support statewide grant compliance
