About The Position

Join our team as the Administrative Fellow at the INTEGRIS HEALTH Corporate Office, in Oklahoma City, OK. INTEGRIS Health offers a 14-month administrative fellowship for emerging health care leaders. The fellowship provides the knowledge and skills necessary for effective leadership in a highly complex health care environment. The fellowship is flexible, allowing individuals to mold the experience to fit their interests and career goals, while also helping the organization achieve its goals. Throughout the year, the fellow is exposed to the operations of an integrated health system with both large metropolitan hospitals, smaller rural facilities, specialty hospitals, and many other community partnership facilities. This unique learning opportunity allows the fellow to obtain a view of health care operations from both a system and hospital perspective. Requirements

  • Working toward completion of a related Masters degree program
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Nice To Haves

  • Clerical experience or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Attends departmental and functional area meetings as requested
  • Answers telephone calls, takes messages and redirects calls and/or answers routine questions
  • Gathers, compiles and analyzes statistical data and provides it in report format with a summary of the results
  • Provides clerical support as requested which may range from filing to high level analytical functions
