California Region, Central Coast Market, Santa Maria CA: This Physician Enterprise fellowship will specifically focus on cultivating next-generation PE leaders and enhancing strategic execution across California's diverse Physician Enterprise footprint, requiring a successful fellow to demonstrate leadership in strategic project management, deliver insightful operational analyses, and effectively engage with leaders to address market-specific imperatives and complex healthcare dynamics.
