About The Position

This program bridges the gap between graduate school and healthcare leadership. You will tackle complex industry challenges while working directly alongside executive mentors. Gain Operational Exposure: Undertake a full-time, salaried 12-month program featuring structured departmental rotations and customized, project-driven initiatives. Engage with Executive Leadership: Work directly alongside senior leaders to support enterprise initiatives and gain insight into high-level board governance. Collaborate Across a National Cohort: Connect with nationwide peers to foster cross-regional collaboration, share key learnings, and drive innovative solutions. Receive Tailored Mentorship: Participate in 1-on-1 executive coaching and strategic professional development mapped directly to your long-term career goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available for this program).
Master’s degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or an equivalent healthcare/administrative program) completed or in progress from an accredited U.S. institution.
Demonstrated track record of academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA ("B" average) on a 4.0 scale.
Current student in their final year of graduate study or a recent graduate from an eligible Master's program.
Personal Statement and two Letters of Recommendation (one professional, one academic) ready to submit upon request.
