Administrative Fellow- Enterprise Resilience
About The Position
The CommonSpirit Health Enterprise Resilience Fellowship is an 18-month post-graduate program designed to cultivate future leaders in strategic organizational resilience, with a specific focus on strategic resilience and business continuity leadership. Fellows will lead critical projects such as Business Continuity Management (BCM) implementation, prepare executive briefings for senior leadership, and contribute to operational challenges across various regions and markets. This role is remote with potential for occasional travel, preparing fellows for leadership roles in enterprise risk management, operational strategy, and disaster preparedness. The fellowship offers meaningful projects, executive mentorship, professional development opportunities, skill enhancement in management and change management, networking, and hands-on operational experience.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in either: Master of Health Administration (MHA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program.
- Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completion.
- Less than 5 years of professional experience.
- Must have graduated with an applicable Master’s Degree between Spring 2024 and Spring 2028.
- A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership.
