In this role, you will provide administrative support during a period of organizational change, helping backfill gaps created by evolving team needs, reorgs, and employee transitions. You will support an individual leader and broader team with complex administrative functions, including calendar management, meeting coordination, employee request support, hardware ordering and fulfillment, and other operational tasks as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, professional communication, responsiveness, and the ability to manage deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
