About The Position

This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to physicians and clinical teams within the BJC Medical Group unit. Ideal candidates should have experience completing daily operational tasks and have experience in EXCEL. FT Onsite Position, Monday-Friday. 7a-3:30p

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience in EXCEL

  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned.
  • Coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
  • Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
  • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
  • Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
