The role requires ensuring proper Associate coverage in service areas, responding to coverage needs, and ensuring tasks are executed according to the store plan. Effective communication with management and Associates, providing and accepting feedback, and partnering on training needs are also key aspects. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, maintaining store organizational and cleanliness standards, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting shrink reduction goals, and promoting safety awareness.
