The Administrative Presales Coordinator supports the administrative operations of Integration & Lifecycle Services (ILCS) and Digital Workplace Presales. This role requires an adaptive, detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day coordination, documentation, scheduling, and reporting activities that keep presales and operational workflows moving. The Administrative Coordinator partners with presales leadership, solution architects, and operations teams to organize information, track requests and and maintain accurate records to support a consistent, efficient customer and internal stakeholder experience.
