About The Position

Accompaniment of NSS and IBS sales activities as a trusted partner of the prospect and customer in scoping and budgeting their future ERP Landscape Architecture. This role involves processing tenders, preparing offers for Jeeves ERP introduction, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and present solution designs during the sales phase. The position requires a holistic view of the customer's service needs across the Forterro portfolio and a "two-in-a-box" partnership with sales/presales to mitigate project risks. Key responsibilities include creating target application architectures, developing implementation concepts, project plans, and effort estimates, and clearly addressing project risks while finding solutions to close sales. The role also involves creating Statements of Work (SOW) and managing strategic partner relationships to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project phases and consistent, deliverable service contracts.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience as a Jeeves ERP Lead or Presales Consultant, Project Manager, Solution Architect or as a Jeeves ERP Application Owner on the customer side
  • Strong communication skills
  • A high level of customer orientation
  • A structured solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong sales and services orientation as a balance between the need to conclude a contract vs. risk minimization
  • Understanding as a service provider in the company

Responsibilities

  • Processing of tenders and preparation of offers for the introduction of Jeeves ERP together with Sales/Presales and Solution Architects
  • Collaboration with and supporting stakeholders (incl. CAM and Partners) in the development and presentation of the solution design during the sales phase of ERP project and/or Services deliveries
  • Holistic view of the customer's task for service from the complete Forterro portfolio
  • Living "two-in-a-box" partnership of services and sales/presales to reduce project risks
  • Creation of the functional and IT-side target application architecture in the context of sales activities for NSS and IBS interested parties
  • Development of holistic implementation concepts, project plans and effort estimates as the basis for service offerings
  • Clearly addressing project risks while at the same time working closely with sales/presales, solution architects, PMO, project managers and customer success services consultant (CSS) to find solutions with the aim of closing the sale
  • Creation of the SOW (State of Work) (including Flex Services) in the lead with the support of the sales and services organization with the aim of consistent and deliverable service contracts
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from the sales to the project phase
  • Management and development of strategic partner relationships
