About The Position

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment as 4flow continues to expand across the North America market, helping customers optimize logistic operations and design more efficient, resilient supply chain networks through our established solutions. Work with Software and Product teams to contribute into market requirements that address the unique challenges of North American Supply Chains. Act as a bridge between customer needs and product innovation, helping to validate new functionality through early customer engagements. This role will contribute into product marketing — without being a core responsibility. This role offers a unique blend of customer-facing solution design and product-building influence, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or solution engineering—preferably in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, order management, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or related enterprise platforms, including hands on Implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting—building processes, collaborating across regions, and wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to qualify opportunities and understand customer business challenges, Supply Chain workflows, and technical environments.
  • Understand/Discover customer needs and pain points.
  • Understand the potential outcome they are seeking and quantify the needs.
  • Design tailored demos that align with customer needs, leveraging our logistics and supply chain products.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in pre-sales engagements, guiding customers on best practices and solution design.
  • Translate customer business needs into solution requirements and act as a bridge between sales, products, and other groups.
  • Scope and support execution of customer POCs and customer engagement through full sales lifecycle.
  • Partner with customers to define and establish clear business value metrics and KPIs aligned to the success of the new solution.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure solution accuracy and feasibility.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with clear technical and functional content.
  • Gather and relay market feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and localization for North America.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for prospects and partners, building credibility in the market.
