Conduct outbound calls to members to obtain required signatures and documentation. Track, follow up, and ensure timely return of all outstanding account documents. Maintain accurate records of outreach attempts, responses, and completed documentation. Assist in preparing and completing forms related to deed of trust releases. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards. Support the Admin & Projects Manager with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and project coordination. Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical records with a high level of accuracy. Provide professional, courteous communication via phone and email. Answer member questions and route inquiries to the appropriate team members. Uphold a positive, service‑oriented approach in all interactions.
