Perform clerical duties, answer front desk phone, manage patient belongings, assist with patient discharges, and tasks assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments. This role is responsible for handling front office reception and general administrative duties. It involves serving visitors, vendors, and other outside guests by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. The position also requires maintaining security by following established procedures, keeping track of inventory, working with supply vendors, answering and transferring telephone calls, handling facility inquiries, sorting and delivering mail, and copying, filing, and updating documents.
