Requirements

Experience with email, calendar management, answering phones
Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
Punctuality & reliability

Managing all phone calls
Greeting visitors
Providing community information
Managing resident transportation and outing schedules
Assisting residents with all requests
Performing administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration
