This role is a unique opportunity for a Senior Administrative Business Partner to join our team in South San Francisco and interact with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows. You will play a significant role in team strategy, proactively streamline administrative processes, and handle a wide range of problems with autonomy to contribute to our operational goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience independently managing complex administrative functions, including high-level scheduling, event planning, and project coordination.
  • Experience interacting with and managing relationships across both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and key clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in technical software and office management tools, with a strong understanding of organizational tools, systems, and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial management processes, including managing purchase order creation, invoice processing, and accruals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, significant attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle a range of issues to optimize efficiency.

  • Play a significant role in team strategy by proactively identifying areas for improvement and streamlining administrative processes and workflows.
  • Independently handle a range of problems and offer solutions to optimize efficiency across higher-complexity tasks.
  • Apply a strong understanding of organizational tools, systems, and procedures, utilizing advanced technical software and office management tools.
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, seeing them through to completion with minimal supervision.
